How Long Does This Take To Get Voucher?

After submitting, a local employment counselor will contact you to: review your application and guide you through voucher approval.  Initial contact: Usually within 3–5 business days after you reach out to your local employment center or submit your request online.

Eligibility screening: Once assigned, your caseworker will review your application and may request additional documentation. This step can take up to 2 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide the required info.

Voucher approval: After eligibility is confirmed, completing the Proposal & Acceptance form and submitting it to your counselor typically triggers the final approval process, which may take another 1–2 weeks.
